Information we collect

Snuggly Snouts Photography collects the details you choose to send us in a booking request: your name, phone number, email address, your pet's name and details, the town and kind of location you like, your preferred consultation time, and any notes you add.

How we use information

We use this information to answer booking requests, schedule consultation calls and sessions, collect consultation and session fees, deliver galleries, and reply to your questions.

Text messages

If you check a text message box on our booking form, we may text you about your request, scheduling and photo delivery or, if you chose it, about openings and offers. Consent is optional and never a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help and reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How we share your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with service providers and subcontractors who help us operate our business (such as our booking and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your photos

Photos from a session are shared with the person who booked it. We post some favorite photos on our website and social media. Ask us any time to take down a photo or video of you.
